Does this MSIG medical card offer outpatient service?
This MSIG medical card offers outpatient service but only if you subscribe to the Golden Premier Plan.
Among the services included in the medical insurance are general practitioners and specialist consultations, diagnostic services as well as the prescription drugs.
Bear in mind that the services are subjected to deductible of RM100 per doctor's visit.
It means that you have to pay RM100 before you file a claim from MSIG.
MSIG Healthcare International Insurance Medical Card maternity benefit
MSIG Healthcare International Insurance Medical Card offers maternity benefits.
It covers a lady up to RM3,000 per pregnancy per year for a normal delivery and RM5,000 for a complicated delivery.
The complete list of coverage include ante-natal, childbirth, and post-natal treatment for the mother.
However, this benefit is only valid for women giving birth 12 months into their policy. So, this benefit is not valid for a new pregnant woman subscriber.
