Regardless of which hospital you are at, be it a panel hospital or a non-panel hospital, Takaful Malaysia will ensure you of a hassle free claim experience.
Panel Hospitals
Getting admitted to a hospital isn't frustrating at all when you have Takaful Malaysia medical card. Here is what you need to do:
- Visit your preferred Takaful Malaysia panel hospitals here
- Present your e-medical card at the admissions counter and sign the medical form.
Takaful Malaysia and the hospital will take care of the rest of the process!
Non-panel Hospitals
Always remember to acknowledge Takaful Malaysia of any event that is about to happen or has happened that may result in a claim as soon as possible. Here is what you need to do in an event to claim:
- Fill in the claim form
- Attach the original itemised medical bills and medical report as supporting documents along with the completed claim form
- Submit all the documents to any Takaful Malaysia's branches here
Once your claims have been processed, Takaful Malaysia will notify you to let you know the status of your claims
